Terms of use

Updated October 20, 2026. MathPath AI is currently a demonstration service for adults exploring US elementary mathematics prerequisite knowledge and short, unreviewed practice sets. It is not a certified educational assessment, a medical or disability evaluation, a guarantee of learning progress, or a substitute for a teacher.

The included original practice questions and sample curriculum dependencies may contain errors. Check educational material with a qualified educator before making important decisions. Do not submit personal information about a child to this demonstration.

No purchases, subscriptions, AI model calls or student accounts are available. Optional adult-controlled Family Notebook summaries stay only in local device storage for up to 14 days; a shared device may expose them. Potential future pricing is illustrative, not a binding offer. Public Marble-derived material, if included by an independently validated build, is subject to the licenses described on the Licenses page.

These demonstration notices must be replaced with jurisdiction-appropriate, operator-specific terms and contact details before commercial launch.
